How do I reconnect my sports app?

Are you missing any activities? We guide you step by step on this article: I'm missing activities. What should I do? And if necessary, please reconnect your sport application by following the steps below:

  1. Select More > Settings > Connected apps.
  2. Select the chosen sports application and click on Disconnect.
  3. Click on Connect corresponding to your app.
  4. Then follow the steps to authorize access to your activities.

Your sports application is connected! Your next activities will be added on our experiences. ✨

Due to the deletion of most features on runtastic.com, the reconnection of your Runtastic account is no longer possible.  We are constantly improving our platforms to make sure your experience is optimal. However, this issue is not within our control and cannot be fixed on our side. Please use another compatible app to add your activities.

Are you following your steps on the United Heroes app?

If your steps are no longer added, here is the procedure to follow:

On your iPhone On your Android phone
  1. From the App Store app on your phone, make sure your United Heroes app is up to date.
  2. On the Health app, disable and then reactivate our access to these activities by clicking on your profile at the top right of your screen > Apps > United Heroes (or in Sources > United Heroes if you are using an older version of iOS).
    You don't see "United Heroes" on this page? Please activate the tracking of your steps via the pedometer on your iPhone. To do this, go to your United Heroes app: in the More > Settings > Connect Apple Health section.

The follow-up of your steps is activated! Simply update your history on a regular basis (about once a week) on the Health app and then on the United Heroes app from your Dashboard by swiping your screen down.
