I lost all my sports activities. How can I recover them?

It is possible that you have logged in to another account, created by mistake, and with another email address different from the one you first used when creating your account.

To log back to your first account and recover your activities:

  • log out of the account where your activities do not appear: go to Settings ⚙️ > Log out
  • then log in using the same mode of connection used when you created your account (with an email address and password, via Google, or Facebook).
