I can't login. What can I do?

You can't access your Sport Heroes account on one of our experiences?

We invite you to check that:

  • you are trying to log in using the correct email address or password, you used when you first registered.
  • you use the same connection mode (facebook, email address...) as the one used when you registered.
  • you are using the latest update of our app
