I have missing activities in my activity feed. What should I do?

The activities recorded on your compatible sports app are not transferred to your Dashboard?

Here are a few steps to check and re-activate (if needed) the sync. of your activities from your compatible sports apps to our system, and explain why your activities are missing on your Dashboard.

☝🏻 Note: if activities are correctly displayed on your Dashboard but are not taken into account in a particular challenge, you can visit this article.

    • Only activities done after connecting your sports app to our system can be added.

    • If activities do not display, it is highly possible that you did not link the right account on your sports app to our system. Here is what to do, depending on the app you use. It can happen if you regularly use two different email addresses.

  • If you have not done it already, (dis)connect your sports app by following the steps in this article: How to reconnect a sports app? It is indeed possible that the connection needs to be refreshed.

  • This means that our system refused your activity: you only have to click on it to know why. Please visit this article to know more about it: My activity is greyed out, what can I do?
  • It is possible that you've just created another Sport Heroes account by mistake. To recover your activities, log out from this account and log in again using the correct email address (or the usual log-in mode when you first created your account: with Google, Apple, Facebook...). If you want to find the correct email or if you lost it, you can contact us.
  • In some cases, you can refresh your activity feed on your sports app and then on our app by scrolling down the list. Beyond 24 hours, it might be for another reason (above or below).

  • If you think you did, you can contact us so we can find a solution.

☝️ You add an activity to your account thanks to a .gpx, .tcx or .fit file, but this solution is only recommended as a last resort and needs to be used should be used sparingly as it is a manual step. The goal is all the same that the automatic synchronization takes place 😉
