I can’t see my activities on Bloomberg Square Mile Virtual Club?

If you already have a tracker connected but your activities are not automatically synchronized to Bloomberg Square Mile Virtual Club, disconnect your tracker from your account, and then reconnect it again. 

  1. Dashboard > Manage my apps > your connected app > Disconnect.
  2. Please give us all the authorizations requested when reconnecting your tracker account to Sport.
  3. Take extra care to fill out the correct login credentials when connecting your tracker account.
  4. Ensure that you tracked with the same account that you have connected to Sport Heroes.
