I can’t see my activities on the Global Run Club, what can I do?

If you already have a tracker connected but your activities are not automatically synchronized to the Global Run Club, disconnect your tracker from your account, and then reconnect it again. This is how to do so:

  1. DashboardManage my apps > your connected app > Disconnect.
  2. Please give us all the authorizations requested when reconnecting your tracker account to Sport.
  3. Take extra care to fill out the correct login credentials when connecting your tracker account.
  4. Ensure that you tracked with the same account that you have connected to Global Run Club.
