How to sync the Huawei Health Kit with your Sport Heroes account?

Your Sport Heroes account (or any account related to one of its experience) can now be synced with your Huawei Health account. Here is how to do it:

First, make sure to have to right Huawei Health app version:

  • Huawei phone users: 11.0.0.512 or later 
  • Non-Huawei Android phone: 11.0.1.512 or later (-> how to download the latest version)
  • iPhone: Not suitable for iPhones / tests are not conclusive - Our team is still working on it

Steps to sync

Download the Huawei Health app

  1. Create an account or log in to it
  2. Go to your profile > Settings > Data sharing (in french: Gestion de la vie privée) > Health Kit and grant the authorization (in french: Associer Huawei Health Kit) > Click OKCapture_d_e_cran_2021-01-22_a__16.37.21.png

 

Open your Sport Heroes related app / web account 

  1. Go to the Manage my apps section from Settings and click the Huawei Health icon,
  2. Then fill in your credentials for your Huawei Health Kit account (please note they might be different from your Sport Heroes account)
  3. Tick the authorization boxes to synchronize your Huawei Health Kit account
  4. You have now connected your Huawei Health Kit account and your Sport Heroes account, congrats 🎉!
