Discover Clubs 🤝

Our new feature, Clubs, offers a dedicated exchange space allowing users to meet and interact around activities in which they share a common interest.

Looking for partners for a lunchtime run 🏃‍♂️? Or discuss yoga practice 🧘‍♀️? Or, do you just want to post a photo of your last bike ride 🚲? Or maybe organize a football match ⚽️ between your team and another to strengthen team spirit? You're going to love Clubs. There really is something for everyone: you can also join the Gardening or Eco-Action Clubs.

How does it work? ⚙️

Join a Club ... or several!

1. To join your first Club, go to the Communities section of your United Heroes app.
2. You'll be welcomed by the screen below > Click on Discover Clubs > You'll access the full list of the Clubs within your company.
3. Select the one(s) you want to join as you can be in several Clubs at the same time, and click Join the Club(s).
4. Your Clubs are now on your Communities section but also on your Profile

New on United Heroes? You'll be able to select your Club(s) when creating your account United Heroes account.

Post a comment or a picture

Thanks to Clubs, you can gather people for a run, or impress your Clubs-mates with a picture of your Yoga session, here is how:

1. Go to the Communities section and click on the Club of your choice.
2. Click on Post a message to access the Club Wall
3. You'll find here the previous messages and you simply have to click Post a message to type a text or select a picture > then press Publish
4. Or you can click Reply to reply to someone's message.

💡 You need to be part of the Club to post

Consult the list of the Club members

Before joining a Club, you can see the list of its members: perhaps will you find your colleagues there or make new friendships with the members of another branch!

1. Go to the Communities section and click on the Club of your choice.
2. You'll then be on the Club Wall > Click on the Member icon on the top right corner of the screen
3. The full list of the members is now displayed in alphabetical order.

💡 You do not necessarily need to be part of a Club to see the list of its members.

Invite other users to join your Club

Now that you've joined your Club(s), what about motivating people to join you? Here's how:

1. Go to the Communities section and click on the Club of your choice.
2. Click on the Menu icon in the top right corner
3. Select Invite a colleague.
4. Your smartphone will, therefore, offer several ways to send an invitation to your colleagues, and soon, your Club-mates!

Leave a Club

At any time, you can leave a Club.

1. Go to the Communities section and click on the Club of your choice.
2. Click on the Menu icon in the top right corner
3. And select Leave the Club
4. You will of course be able to join it again at any time! 👋🏻
